Traditional yoga is a spiritual practice that aims to achieve enlightenment and union with the divine. It's a holistic approach to health and wellness that focuses on the mind, body, and soul. 

Origin

  • Traditional yoga originated in India and is rooted in ancient texts like the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and the Bhagavad Gita. 

  • It's based on the spiritual philosophies of the Vedas and Tantras. 

Practice 

  • Traditional yoga includes asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation.

  • It also includes chanting and language as objects of practice and study.

  • Traditional yoga emphasizes mindfulness, awareness, and balance.

Goals

  • Traditional yoga aims to guide people to their true nature, beyond the limited concerns of religion or philosophy. 

  • It aims to help people transcend their minds and egos. 

  • It aims to help people live life fully, not just during yoga sessions but throughout the day. 

Traditional yoga values

  • It also values the union of mind, body, and soul. 

Currently, we provided Gentle Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Gentle Flow Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga and Stick Yoga.

Coming soon, we will have Wheel Yoga, Chair Yoga, Kids Yoga and etc.
